Your 15th Birthday has now come and gone. 15 years ago I was holding you, singing to you, dancing with you, and taking care of you and your brother. A glorious time in my life! I still feel you with me. I have a little box with all your things. I took it out te other day and looked through your things. The Christmas sleepers are in there, same with the blue one with the little ears. The snuggli I carried you around in. That big pacifier that you loved so much sits in there too. I have so many wonderful memories of you. I love to share you and the memories of you with everyone. I have only now (in the last few days) been comfortable enough to share our last picture, saying goodbye at the hospital, with all my friends... if they want to see it. It was so painful for me to say goodbye to you when I had so many hopes and dreams for you, my precious baby girl! 15 years ago I was getting all ready to share a wonderful holiday with my babies. I still have the doll & the stuffed bears that you got that year, and the little bear that your daddy gave to me, that I gave to you so you could have a piece of your daddy with you even when he wasn't around. I know you already know, but you have a brand new sister. She's so precious and cute, another little sister for you to watch over. That makes 4 brothers, 2 sisters, and a step-sister too! You are so loved and so missed... so very missed. Each and every day I am so thankful I had those 24 days with you, but I would give almost anything to have you here with me.
